Do you replace my ticketing platform?
No. For events, your page sends people to your ticketing platform to buy. We make sure they arrive keen and that you can see how many did.
Can you track actual ticket sales?
The sale itself happens on your ticketing platform, so we track the ticket-button clicks and signups on your page. If your platform offers a Pixel or data connection, we'll use it where we can.
What do I need to send you?
The order form is the checklist, and it changes with what your page is for. For an event: details, ticket link, artwork, line-up and brand colours. For a wedding: date, RSVP details and photos. For a coach or creator: services, links and socials. Don't have something? Tell us and we'll help.
Can you write the words for me?
Yes. Tick "let us write it" in the order form and we'll write the headline and copy in the tone you pick. You approve it before it goes live.
Domain & hosting, explained
Pro: we register your preferred domain (we confirm it's available first), and it's included for the first year, together with hosting and SSL.
After 12 months, you choose:
1. Renew the domain and hosting for a small yearly fee (from R599/yr).
2. Take the domain over yourself, and we hand it across.
3. Let it lapse once the event is done. We archive the page, so export your data first.
Starter: you get a free address like yourpage.landfast.co.za, with no domain fee, ever. Hosting is included for 12 months.
Who owns the signup list?
You do. We host your page and securely store your signup data. As your operator, we keep an encrypted backup copy so nothing is ever lost. We never sell, rent or share your data with anyone. Your attendee list belongs to you, and you can export it or ask us to delete it at any time. See the Terms & Privacy.
How long does it take?
We build in 48-72 hours once we have your assets, or 48 hours with the Rush add-on. How fast you send assets decides the rest. Put your go-live date in the form and we'll tell you if it's doable.
How do I pay?
Securely online with Yoco, right after you send the order form. We never see or store your card details. You get a confirmation email as soon as payment clears.
What if I cancel or my event is postponed?
You get a full refund if you cancel before we start building, and 50% if you cancel after we start but before your preview. Once the page is live there is no refund. If your event is cancelled or postponed, we move your page to the new date free of charge within 12 months. Read the full Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Do you only build event pages?
Events are our home turf, but no. We also build wedding invitation and RSVP pages, pages for fitness coaches and creators, link-in-bio pages that push your social links, and launch pages for businesses. See what else we build, or tell us what you need.
